In February of 2026, Kristin founded Thrive to Rise Consulting to partner with companies to help them thrive—strengthen operations, cultures, teams, and outcomes—so they can rise to new levels of success and impact. Guided by her core philosophy of kindness, Kristin ensures that business growth never comes at the expense of humanity.

A respected keynote and inspirational speaker in the workers' compensation industry events, colleges and high schools, she has shared stages and insights on topics like Values in Leadership, Kindness in Communication and Holistic Culture of Health and Wellness - to spread the messages and educate others. 

She consistently advocates for injured employees and their families by understanding their perspectives and to be seen and heard during the most difficult time in their lives, bringing kindness and understanding to the forefront of the conversation.
